Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en.

Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
  • Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 11 – 25 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Shipping Cost:

    • Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $99

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.snivaro.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

Delivery Requirements
Please check the package carefully upon receipt. If you find any damage or missing, please contact us immediately and provide relevant proof within 24 hours.

If you haven't received your order within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@mail.lustepcase.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

After-sales Service
If the product is damaged or missing due to transportation problems, we will provide refund services according to the specific circumstances. Please contact our customer service team in time.

All products offered are tax-free, including sales tax. This means that you will not be charged additional sales tax fees at the time of purchase.

If the package is refused, the recipient is responsible for any costs associated with the return. Refunds for refused international shipments will be issued after deducting the fees.
